A therapeutic coach who supports deeply feeling women in coming home to themselves.
My path in this space began ten years ago. Growing up, I was constantly asking myself: Am I too much? What’s wrong with me? How can I numb this? I spent years trying to escape my depth, struggling to hold the intensity of what I felt and constantly searching for a way out. Trying to run from my own capacity not only left me disconnected from my life, but ultimately fuelled my diagnosis of severe depression and anorexia nervosa.
I felt so stuck. So many therapists and coaches treated me like a problem to solve, reducing me to a diagnosis that needed fixing. Everything shifted when I met my angel, a therapist who helped me truly see myself again and realise that my depth was never a flaw to be corrected.
She showed me that if I could learn to honour my depth instead of fighting it, it could become the very source of my power and one of my greatest gifts. From that moment, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to offering that same safety to others.
I immersed myself in understanding the human psyche, earning my degree in psychology and neuroscience at Utrecht University College, followed by advanced counselling and coaching certifications.
To build a comprehensive foundation, I worked in eating disorder clinics before expanding into executive, leadership and somatic coaching, each step intentionally deepening my capacity to hold space for the full spectrum of human experience, from clinical recovery to everyday life.
Moving across different cultures throughout my life further rooted my practice in a deeply cross-cultural, expansive understanding of identity and belonging.
To date, I’ve had the honour of guiding over 50 deeply sensitive women. My approach bridges the scientific and the spiritual: a rich blend of psychology, IFS-informed parts work, somatic regulation and lived experience.
The space I hold and the programmes I build are, quite simply, what I always wished I had found when I was lost: a place where your depth is never treated as a diagnosis, but as the very source of your power.
Outside of my practice, you can usually find me immersed in nature, breaking it down on the dance floor with my soul sisters, or nestled in bed with a book.
