Your information

To provide your coaching experience, I collect the contact and account information needed to invite you, communicate with you and organise our sessions.

Every intake question needs a response, but “Prefer not to disclose” is a valid response to every question, including date of birth and contact questions. Account information needed to secure your invited account is still required. Your intake may include your date of birth, emergency contact information, personal reflections and details about your wellbeing. I also keep your coaching agreement and records of your progress through the programme.

How I use it

I use this information to provide our agreed coaching service, manage your private account, organise sessions, personalise your experience and protect access to your information.

Necessary coaching and account information is processed to provide our agreement with you. Security-related information is processed for the legitimate interest of keeping the private platform secure.

Some intake questions may involve physical or mental health. Sharing sensitive information is optional, and I will ask for your separate explicit consent before processing it. You can select “Prefer not to disclose” for these questions or withdraw that consent. Without this consent, sensitive disclosures are disabled and non-disclosure responses are recorded.

Your information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising. Identifiable testimonials are published only with separate permission.

Who handles your information

Your private coaching information is accessible to you and Francesca, with necessary access by the service providers operating the platform.

These include Google/Firebase for authentication and private records, Netlify for hosting and application services, and Resend for invitation emails.

Occasional WhatsApp or email communication may be used for coaching check-ins. Please use the private portal or a communication method agreed with Francesca for sensitive information.

Some providers process information outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Applicable provider data-protection and international-transfer arrangements will be used. Further details are available on request.

How long I keep it

Ordinary intake answers and programme progress are kept during our coaching relationship and normally deleted within 90 days after it ends.

Abandoned intake drafts are reviewed for deletion after 90 days of inactivity. Unused invitation records are reviewed within 30 days after expiry or revocation.

Essential signed agreements and limited supporting evidence may be kept for up to 10 years where justified for applicable legal obligations or claims.

Testimonial material is handled according to its separate collection and publication arrangements.

You may request earlier deletion. I will delete information where required and explain if particular records must be retained. Provider backups and technical records are handled according to applicable provider retention arrangements.

Your rights

You can request access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may also have rights to portability or to object to certain processing.

Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Keeping information safe

Your private coaching records are protected by account authentication and access controls. I use reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access.

The programme may automatically unlock weekly content according to your activation date. It does not use your personal reflections to make medical diagnoses or legally significant automated decisions.
